Advertising measurement

We use the Meta Pixel and Conversions API to measure enquiries and CRM outcomes. Where advertising tracking is enabled, website events may include hashed email and phone, browser and click identifiers, IP address and browser information. IP and browser information are kept in the server event queue for up to 30 days. A separate server-only attribution record keeps hashed contact details, Meta identifiers, tracking preference and CRM links for up to 12 months. It supports qualified-lead and completed-deal events. Quiz answers and message contents are not sent to Meta. You can disable advertising tracking through the cookie controls in the footer.
